I began my career in Bangalore at Happiest Minds Technologies, working on API-driven integrations for enterprise systems. That experience grounded me early in production engineering. I learned how to debug real issues using logs, make changes without breaking dependent systems, and think carefully about performance and reliability. Working closely with backend and QA teams shaped how I approach software: changes should be deliberate, testable, and easy to support once they’re live.
To move beyond integrations and understand applications end to end, I pursued a Master’s in Information Systems at Northeastern University. During my program, I worked on full-stack and cloud-based projects where I owned features across backend services, databases, and frontend interfaces. I designed REST APIs, worked with relational databases, and deployed applications on AWS, which helped me better understand system design, data flow, and real-world application behavior.
In terms of implementation, I’ve used Java and Python for backend logic, React and TypeScript for frontend development, and SQL-based systems for data-heavy workflows. I prefer working in environments where I can reason through a system clearly, understand how components interact, and build software that stays maintainable as requirements evolve. I work well with others, value clear feedback, and try to improve how I build things with each project.
Outside of coding, I enjoy reading novels, exploring comics, watching good series, and experimenting in the kitchen. I like staying organized and appreciate thoughtful design, especially the small details that quietly make a product better to use.
